A Few Quick Notes.

We don't have a retail storefront. Our Cincinnati location is a working bakery and fulfillment facility — not a walk-in shop. Every pretzel ships directly from our oven to your door.

We ship to the continental U.S. only. No Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international. We're a small bakery shipping perishable food — international logistics aren't currently possible without compromising freshness.

We can't customize the pretzels themselves. The recipe is the recipe. But we can help you build a custom assortment for an event, gift, or wholesale order — get in touch.
