Every pretzel in the box is made from five ingredients — wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, and a touch of oil — baked in our Cincinnati bakery and flash-frozen the moment it cools. No preservatives. Nothing artificial. Just the recipe our Bavarian-trained Master Baker bakes from — carried from Münster, Germany and made the same way for three generations.
The Dusseldorf mustard is included because that’s how a Bavarian eats a pretzel. Bake a Brezel for five minutes, tear it warm, dip it, and you’ll understand why we don’t apologize for the salt.
