FAQ

Thanks for your interest in the world's best soft pretzels! Below are some of the questions we hear most often but if you have any others, feel free to reach us using our Contact Form.

Just how big are the pretzels?

Currently, our smallest pretzel are our Bites which are a very poppable 1.5" on average while our largest is our Nobel Bavarian weighing in at around 10 ounces and is typically between 10" to 12" in size.

During a recent photo shoot, we took a picture of our very popular Brezel and placed it next to a ruler to answer this very question. You can see it here.

Our delicious pretzels come in a variety of shapes and sizes but all are made using the same time-honored European recipe.

How do I prepare the pretzels? Do they come already baked?

Yes, the pretzels come already baked though we always recommend reheating them before serving because everyone loves a hot, fresh pretzel.

Our Prepping and Storage page has more details as well as some suggestions on different ways to prep.

How do they arrive so fresh?

Our pretzels are flash-frozen shortly after they come out of the oven and are shipped the same way. That way, by the time to get your door, they're just as soft and tasty as when we finished baking them. (And if you cannot enjoy them all right away, we always recommend refreezing them.)

How long will they take to arrive?

We typically ship within 2 - 3 business days of your order coming in, and sooner whenever possible. However, in recent months, we have seen delays with the major carriers and their ability to get our products to you. We continue to work with them and have implemented several changes which seem to be helping.

Can you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship our pretzels outside of the continental United States.

Nutrition Information

We use only five natural ingredients when making our famous Bavarian pretzels: wheat flour, water, oil (usually soybean oil), salt and yeast.  You can find a sample nutrition label here.

What exactly is a Brezel?

We're glad you asked!  "Brezel" is simply the German word for pretzel... we have tried to incorporate as much of our German heritage as we can in our product names while still sounding familiar.
