Because this order was not for myself, I didn't feel that I could rate the pretzels BUT the Customer Service was outstanding! Chris did a fantastic job of helping me get this order just right and shipped on time for a leap year birthday! Thanks so much Chris for all the help!

second time customer. with that said both great product both you had to sub a product because something was not available. this time no big one. yes the additional normal was greatly appreciated but the big one looked really cool.
